Return & Refund Policy for Customized Toys

At Milou, we specialize in creating unique, customized toys made just for you. Since each toy is personalized, our return and refund policy are as follows:

1. No Returns or Refunds (Unless Defective or Incorrect)

All customized toy or deco sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• The toy arrives damaged or defective
• The customization does not match the requested text or order details

2. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, production begins, and changes or cancellations are not possible.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect toy, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect customization

If the issue is confirmed and accepted, we will offer:

• A replacement toy
• A repair (if applicable)
• A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

4. Customer Responsibility for Design & Customization Errors

We are not responsible for mistakes in customer-provided details or design approvals.

5. Return Process (If Applicable)

If a return is approved, the toy must be:

• Unused and in its original non damaged packaging
• Shipped back within 8 days (return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility)

6. Restocking & Processing Fees

• A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain cases to cover materials and labor costs.
